FRANCONIA 146
Fränkisches Seenland Single Push
146 kilometers. Seven lakes. One push.
A single continuous run through the Fränkisches Seenland. Starting and finishing in Spalt. Pacers welcome. No entry fees. Community ultra.
The Run
One runner. One push.
One runner. 146 kilometers. Non-stop through the Fränkisches Seenland.
But no one runs alone — friends, family, and strangers are welcome to join for any section. Pick a checkpoint, lace up, and run as far as you want. Drop in, drop out.
No entry fees. No race bibs. Just lakes, forests, hopfields, and good people.

Run With Me
You don't need to run 146.
You just need to show up.
Want to be part of Franconia 146? Pacers are welcome to join for any section — whether that's 10 kilometers along the Altmühlsee or a full overnight stretch through the Mönchswald.
No requirements. No entry fees. No pressure.
Some sections will have a camera crew present. If you run with us, you might end up in the film.
Checkpoints are accessible by public transport or car. Full route details and GPX data will be shared with registered pacers ahead of the event.

The Film
One runner.
One region. One night.
Franconia 146 will be documented by a film crew throughout the run. Pacers carry cameras. Selected sections will have dedicated camera teams on the ground.
The resulting film will follow one runner through his home region — through the night, through the lakes, through Franconia.
The film is in production. If you are interested in being involved creatively or as a partner, get in touch.
